Christopher Sabec, CEO

Christopher Sabec is an experienced entertainment industry executive, entrepreneur, and attorney with more than 24 years of business management experience, 19 years of global entertainment industry experience, and 14 years digital media experience. He is well established in the domestic and international entertainment communities, having traveled and conducted business in 30 countries on 5 continents. He has over 16 years P&L responsibility. Mr. Sabec was previously CEO of the Jerry Garcia Estate LLC, where he grew revenues by more than 600% over a two-year period by developing line extensions and brand licensing deals. He discovered and managed Hanson, selling more than 15 million records worldwide with extensive licensing and merchandising, and was the Dave Matthews Band’ first entertainment attorney and instrumental in signing Dave to RCA. He previously served as EVP of Business Affairs for a digital media startup. Mr. Sabec has lectured at Stanford University and UC-Berkeley Law Schools. Mr. Sabec has participated in 7 South by Southwest Music Conferences, 4 MIDEM Publishing Conferences, 3 Sundance Film Festivals, and 2 Cannes Film Festivals. In 1992, he received a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from University of Georgia School of Law and in 1988, received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.

Robert Steele, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Steele has more than twenty years experience as a technology entrepreneur. He designed and managed the development of our technology. He has seven years experience as the CEO of two technology companies in the mobile and digital imaging space. He has designed and deployed mobile applications as well as supervising enterprise-class transaction processing systems. Previously he was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quintek Technologies, Inc. a publicly traded company providing Business Process Outsourcing services to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Quintek, in 1999, Mr. Steele founded iBrite, a mobile information software company in Reston, Virginia.  The company established contractual partnerships with AOL and Global Knowledge to provide technology for delivering sophisticated content to mobile devices. From 1988 through 1998, Mr. Steele served as Corporate Vice President & Chief Technology Officer for CADD Microsystems, Inc. (CMI), currently the leading provider of Autodesk Computer Aided Design software, consulting, training, and integration services. During his time at CMI, Mr. Steele sold and supervised significant systems integration contracts with clients such as Lucent Technologies, Long Airdox Mining (Division of the Fortune 500 Marmon Group), ABB, GSA (General Services Administration), FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), and NRO (National Reconnaissance Office). Mr. Steele received a Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Computer Engineering from George Mason University in 1988.

Business Affairs

Dennis Hawk has in excess of 20 years of experience as an advisor to clients in the entertainment, air services, medical and real estate industries.  Dennis served as general counsel and Vice President for Pax World, Inc., a California based subsidiary of a Japanese entertainment company promoting concerts in Japan and in the east Asian region, and as a Director and Vice President of business and legal affairs for Golden West Entertainment, a television and feature film development company. During his career, Dennis has concentrated in the preparation of complex entertainment, corporate and real estate industry transactions, advising emerging growth companies, negotiating and drafting merger and acquisition documents, assisting in the public and private placement of financing, and advising pacific rim companies in the entertainment industry.Dennis served as the principal legal advisor to Michael Jackson in 2008 and 2009 in his world tour negotiations with AEG, and in the preparation of the tour documentation for the tour.  Dennis also negotiated and participated in the drafting of the documentation for a Broadway production based on Michael Jackson’s music and he assisted in all other business and legal affairs of for Michael Jackson. Dennis has also served and continues to serve as counsel to Priscilla Presley and Lisa Marie Presley in connection with their business transactions.Dennis is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where he served on the board of the American Criminal Law Review and was a founding member of the Journal of Law and Technology.
